Brianna Ramirez
Brianna Ramirez is a Paralegal in Kelley Kronenberg’s Justice for Kids Division, a national practice dedicated to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children harmed in foster care, shelters, residential treatment centers, group homes, and other child welfare settings, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others. In this role, Brianna prepares routine and complex legal documents for attorney review, assists in deposition preparation and pre-trial investigations, and provides trial support as needed.
Brianna has been with Justice for Kids since 2018, initially serving as a Legal Assistant before advancing to her current role as a Florida Registered Paralegal. She reviews, organizes, and summarizes records and other case materials in record databases, drafts pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and handles correspondence and other legal documents. Her responsibilities as a Legal Assistant included maintaining attorneys’ calendars and electronic files, coordinating calls, meetings, mediations, depositions, and hearings, and serving as a liaison between attorneys and clients. Brianna has also trained incoming legal assistants and streamlined closing and settlement procedures. Prior to joining Justice for Kids, she worked as a legal assistant at another law firm where she organized and maintained documents, prepared legal documents for attorney review, and handled scheduling and billing tasks.
Brianna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. She later obtained her Florida Registered Paralegal Certificate from The Florida Bar and completed specialized training in Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice from Harvard University.
Brianna is a Florida Registered Paralegal.
